P76.30 The Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio is a Prognostic Biomarker in Patients with EGFR Mutated Advanced NSCLC
نویسندگان
چکیده
An elevated neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) indicates a poor prognosis across multiple cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and is associated with cachexia. EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) are typically brisk responses prolonged PFS benefit. This study evaluates baseline NLR serial values in EGFR-mutated NSCLC patients receiving TKI therapy. Preliminary findings from smaller cohort were submitted to ASCO 2020.

Urinary neutrophil-gelatinase associated lipocalin is a more prognostic biomarker to distinguish antenatal hydronephrosis in neonates
Background: Routine diagnostic methods of Vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) are invasive and can cause exposure to radiation and may increase risk of urinary tract infections. Therefore, introducing reliable, non invasive methods might be more interested in pediatric nephrology. The objective of this perspective case control study was to evaluate the prognostic value of urinary neutrophil-gelatinase ...
متن کاملNeutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio Is a Potential Prognostic Biomarker in Patients with Ovarian Cancer: A Meta-Analysis
BACKGROUND AND AIMS Plenty of studies were conducted to explore the prognostic significance of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in ovarian cancer with contradictory results. This study aims to summarize the prognostic significance of NLR in patients with ovarian cancer. METHODS A literature search in PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Embase was conducted. The endpoints were progression-free s...
متن کاملPretreatment neutrophil–lymphocyte ratio: useful prognostic biomarker in hepatocellular carcinoma
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common liver malignancy and the third most common cause of cancer-related deaths. Liver resection (LR) and liver transplantation (LT) are the only curative modalities for HCC. Despite recent advances and the adoption of the Milan and University of California, San Francisco, criteria, HCC recurrence after LR and LT remains a challenge. Several markers a...

OBJECTIVE to compare neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet/lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in patients with NSCLC (Non- Small- Cell Lung Cancer): with and without metastases at the time of diagnosis to find out if there is the importance of these cell ratios in the assessment of severity NSCLC. MATERIAL AND METHODS this is the retrospective analysis of NRL and PRL in patients with NSCLC at th...

Background: Rheumatoid Arthritis patients are evaluated during treatment for various inflammatory factors such as C-reactive protein, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate, and Disease Activity Score, and other immune system-related factors. In the follow-up of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, hematologic factors associated with the immune system especially Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio and Neutroph...
